[rtmpy-dev] SimpleMediaPlayer example

Yes, RTMPy is going through some API changes atm and we haven't  
updated the examples. Once things stabilise we'll get back to it.  
However, echo test [1] is working (at least for AMF0) so feel free to  
mess around with that!
